Why develop a Unified Inbox product?

We started developing Unified Inbox because we were picturing a world where our team (we're running www.viva-lite.com and www.wellness-shop.com among other businesses) could manage all the different communication options they had available whilst being located all over the world.  We're talking here about a true team inbox that captures all the message flows - from email to Twitter to Facebook.

We really wanted our team to be able to easily access, manage and use the information flow we had coming in and staying sane while doing so.  If you've been following our blog on information overload – you'll know this is no easy feat!

The Unified Inbox available today is the result of months, even years of preparation and it's a product we use every day in our work.  We trust that you'll also enjoy this sane way of managing ever-increasing volumes of messages and get the same productivity increases that we did.
